1. Instant Digital Service Delivery
Nunma operates as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and online learning platform. All purchases, including zone access, live classroom enrollment, digital study materials, and certificates, are delivered instantly and digitally upon successful payment confirmation.
2. Confirmation & Access Details
Upon successful transaction completion, an automated email receipt containing access credentials, zone invitation links, and payment invoice will be dispatched immediately to your registered email address. Access is also instantly enabled in your Nunma User Dashboard.
3. Physical Material Fulfillment (If Applicable)
In rare cases where a tutor offers physical course materials or printed workbooks, items will be dispatched via registered Indian courier partners within 3 to 5 business days of order placement. Tracking details will be shared via email and SMS.
